Free-market currency and gold prices come from many independent dealers, not one central exchange, so quoted rates vary slightly across sites depending on which sources they use and how often they refresh. NerkhBaha takes each price from the most reliable source available, with a second source as backup, and shows the source’s own time next to it.

The official rate is set by the Central Bank of Iran for a short list of currencies. The free-market rate is what currency dealers actually trade at, and it covers a much wider range of currencies. The two can differ substantially, and neither predicts the other.

Currency and gold prices are checked every few minutes during the day (less often overnight), and crypto exchange prices every two minutes. Each price shows the time of its source, so you can always see how fresh a number is.

The premium is the gap between a gold coin’s market price and its intrinsic gold value plus minting cost, driven by supply, demand, and expectations rather than the gold price itself. NerkhBaha shows the premium as its own rate on the page of each coin or gold item that has one.

For crypto assets, NerkhBaha lists the same coin’s price across several exchanges side by side, marking the lowest price to buy and the highest price to sell with “Best price to buy” and “Best price to sell” badges. A “Sponsored” badge means that exchange paid for placement in the list; it never replaces the best-price badges, and both always show together when they apply.

API access isn’t offered as public self-serve signup. It’s available for businesses and partners on request.
