By visiting and using the NerkhBaha website or app you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use NerkhBaha.

Creating an account means you also accept the NerkhBaha privacy policy.

NerkhBaha makes live currency, gold, coin and crypto rates available to you for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, automatically extracting or reselling the rate data without written permission from NerkhBaha is not allowed.

An account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred to another person.

The rates shown on NerkhBaha are for information. They are collected from free-market sources, crypto exchanges and the official rate of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran. They may differ from the price you actually trade at, and may be shown with a delay.

Nothing on NerkhBaha is a recommendation to buy, sell or invest, and NerkhBaha accepts no responsibility for financial decisions taken on the basis of this information.

Some rows in the exchange comparison table and some ad positions on the site are sponsored. They are always marked “Sponsored”, and that label never takes the place of the “best price” marks, which are decided by the price figures alone.

An exchange or ad appearing on the site does not mean NerkhBaha endorses or recommends it.

Creating an account to save favorites and receive price alerts is optional; viewing rates does not need one. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done with your account.

NerkhBaha may restrict access to the service without notice if it finds activity that goes against these terms.

It is forbidden to use NerkhBaha to send bulk automated requests to the service, try to access other people’s accounts without permission, publish false information in the name of NerkhBaha, send spam, abusive or unlawful content through the contact form, or use it in any way that breaks the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

NerkhBaha may cut off the access of anyone who breaks these limits, without notice.

NerkhBaha may change these terms from time to time to follow changes to the service or legal requirements. The update date is shown at the top of this page, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

For important changes we will try to tell users through Telegram or an in-app notification.
