Privacy policy

You do not need an account to see currency, gold, coin and crypto rates, and nothing is collected from you when you do. If you create an account to save favorites and price alerts, we store your email address or phone number, your password in hashed form, and the list of assets you favorite.

If you write to us through the contact form, we store the name and email address you enter, the subject you choose, your message and the language of the page, and, if you were signed in, the message is linked to your account. To limit abuse, the number of messages sent from one network address is counted for a few minutes; that address is not saved with your message.

Technical information such as your browser, operating system and the pages you visit is also recorded automatically.

Account information is used to show your favorites, to send the price alerts you asked for, and to answer your messages. Technical and usage information is used to improve the site, fix errors and understand which parts are used most.

Your information is never used to profile your personal trading or to give financial advice, because NerkhBaha does not give any.

NerkhBaha uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your chosen language, and keeps your light or dark mode choice in your browser storage. NerkhBaha uses Google Tag Manager to measure visits, and information such as the page you viewed is sent to Google for statistics.

You can block cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as staying signed in, will then not work.

NerkhBaha reads crypto prices from exchanges such as Nobitex and Wallex. This is limited to public price data; nothing from your account on those exchanges is passed to us.

If you choose to, for sign-in with Google, a one-time SMS code, browser notifications or linking Telegram and Bale, only the data needed for that purpose is sent to the service concerned.

Ads on the site are managed directly by NerkhBaha and are always labeled as ads. Clicking an ad takes you to the advertiser site, which has its own privacy policy.

In your account settings you can edit your email address, phone number and password, delete your favorites and price alerts, and disconnect Google, Telegram and Bale. Deleting the account is not yet possible from the settings; to have it deleted, write to contact@nerkhbaha.com.

You can always view rates without an account, a permission or any personal information.

Account information is kept for as long as your account exists. An account is deleted on request: write to contact@nerkhbaha.com. Favorites and alerts that you delete, and services that you disconnect, are not used afterwards.

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as they are needed to answer you and follow up. The NerkhBaha team reads them in an internal inbox and replies by email to the address you entered. If you want a message you sent to be deleted, ask us at contact@nerkhbaha.com.

Aggregated statistics stored without a personal identifier are exempt from this.

If you choose to sign in with Google or link Google to your account, NerkhBaha receives only the basic profile information that Google sends for sign-in: your name, your email address, your unique Google account ID, and whether Google has verified the email address. We ask only for the basic sign-in permissions (openid, profile and email). We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service, and we do not store your profile picture.

We use this information only to create your account, to sign you in, and to link Google to an existing account, and only when the email address on that account is already verified.

NerkhBaha does not sell Google account data, does not share it with anyone, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Your connection to NerkhBaha is encrypted with HTTPS. No password is stored when you sign in with Google. Only the NerkhBaha team members who need account data to run the service can access it.

Data that comes from Google is kept for as long as your account exists. You can disconnect Google in your account settings at any time; the Google account ID is then removed from your account and you can no longer sign in with Google. Your name and email address stay on the account as account details. To have your account and all its data deleted, including what came from Google, write to contact@nerkhbaha.com. You can also remove NerkhBaha’s access on the permissions page of your Google Account (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

NerkhBaha’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
